An author can participate in the conference with a maximum of 2 papers. No extra fee is charged for the second paper the presents.
The fee is per paper.
FACE-TO-FACE PARTICIPATION: The conference fee for students who will present a paper within the scope of young researchers sessions is 30 €.
ONLINE PARTICIPATION: The conference fee for students who will present a paper within the scope of young researchers sessions is 20 €.
ABSTRACT WRITING RULES
Abstracts; It should be prepared in accordance with the rules of the full text, with a minimum of 250 and a maximum of 500 words, reflecting the purpose and scope, including methods and findings.
There should be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords along with the abstract text.
POSTER PAPERS WRITING RULES
Poster size should be designed as 50 cm wide x 70 cm tall and vertical.
In the paper, first the title, the name of the author(s), the name of the university or institution, the e-mail address should be written and it should appear at the top of the poster.
the title of the paper should not be exceed twelve words.
Abstracts, introduction, materials and methods, findings and discussion, conclusions and recommendations, and references should be included in the papers.
The abstract should include the purpose of the research, the universe and the sample / study group, data collection tools, data analysis, findings and recommendations. Abstracts should be no more than 350 words. The abstract should be in 16 point font size. At least 3 keywords should be specified.
Papers should be written in Microsoft Word, in Times New Roman font, the main title should be 36 points, the rest of the text must be 24 points, references should be written in 16 points.
Headings should be centered, other parts of the text should be written justified.
References should be written in accordance with APA 6 rules. Examples of reference writing are given below.
